Location of African Horse Company

Our base station is located in the hinterland of the Danger Point Peninsula, 20 km from Gansbaai and 10 km from the Atlantic Ocean as the crow flies (and bit more as the horse rides).

A two hour drive from Cape Town along the N2 up to the turn off to Hermanus (R 43). After Hermanus, continue to Stanford and onwards to Gansbaai. Before Gansbaai, turn left at the “Grootbos” sign. This road will turn into gravel. Continue to the end of this road. At the T junction, go left. Continue on this road until you see vineyards and a large lake to your left. Once you see the sign “Farm 215”, turn left and follow the signs up to the manor.
